I recently had Engel & Völkers conduct a market valuation of my property in the 86558 Hohenwart municipality. After a telephone consultation, the managing director and his colleague arranged an on-site appointment a few days later. Together, we inspected the property and the adjacent land. Shortly afterward, I was invited back to Pfaffenhofen to view the completed exposé. In addition to the service I could expect, the property analysis, the marketing strategy, and the determination of the building's value were explained and demonstrated, along with the process from start to potential sale.
